With over 35 years of recognised expertise in the production and ageing of spirits and liqueurs, Distillerie de la Tour supports brands from liquid to bottle. After analysing your needs, we put all our knowledge, and skills, as Cellar Masters and Master Liqueur-makers, into the success of your project. We ensure a sustainable and innovative approach to offer you cognacs, brandies, gins, whiskies and other liqueurs, whether traditional or organic.

Research and Development
Faithful to your guidelines and in compliance with regulations, our research and development team guides you through the stages of ingredient selection and suitable packaging solutions. Headed by our Cellar Master, our laboratory oversees each formulation and ensures analytical compliance.

Distillation and Ageing
Distillation using Charentais copper pot stills, column distillation and alcohol rectification make Distillerie de la Tour the only operator in the Charentes capable of offering such a wide range of distillation methods for raw materials derived from both grapes and grains. In the heart of a secure five-hectare site, our cellars house barrels and casks for the ageing of our spirits, ensuring a consistent and constant supply of aged spirits.

Blending and Finishing
Each spirit and liqueur is prepared within our blending cellar, on the out-skirts of Cognac. This unique state-of-the-art facility, in the Charentes region, allows us to blend and filter our productions before shipping them to our bottling partners.
